Lewis River features 14 miles of hiking trails near Cougar, WA.

Directions

ACCESS: From I-5 at Woodland Washinton travel east on SR-503 through Cougar which becomes FR #90. Just past the Pine Creek Info Center turn right (don't continue on FR#25 towards Randle/Windy Ridge) keeping on FR #90. In 5.3 miles from FR #25,(and about 25 miles from Cougar) turn left on FR #9039. In about 1 mile cross the Lewis River and find the trailhead on the right just past the bridge. Access the upper trailhead up the river about 4 miles after crossing the upper bridge. The trail can also be accessed from the Lower Falls CG. The campground is about 13 miles east of the lower trailhead. See web site at ebiketrails.com
